125 x 125 ad spots 

The early bird gets the worm and since I have plenty of other sites to look after I think the easiest way is just to let the market fix a rate for the 125 x 125 ad-spots.

Might look at CPM or CPI later but to be honest, a simple daily / weekly / monthly deal is quite practical for many reasons.

In reality daily is probably going to be a couple of days at least, and monthly a day or two early starting and finishing unless we get a system in place, so you get bonus time too!  If it is late starting, we’ll let it finish a bit later than usual.
